Vortex, 2001 (water feature) My intention with this piece was to create a free standing sculpture to accentuate the concept of a sheet of flowing water. With this in mind I mosaiced the spirals to form eddies on each side of the pyramid. As the water cascades down the face of the recess, it creates a harmonious and tranquil effect. SOLD |
